AI Engineer - Leading Investment Bank

A leading global financial institution is hiring a hands-on AI Engineer to join their security engineering function. This is a highly technical role for someone with strong Python engineering experience and a deep understanding of AI/ML, particularly in applying models to real-world systems.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models (e.g. LLMs, anomaly detection, RAG) to enhance the firm’s cyber defense capabilities.

• Build scalable, production-ready tools and systems using Python.

• Fine-tune or adapt large language models (LLMs) and integrate them into enterprise security platforms.

• Work with cybersecurity stakeholders to identify pain points and design AI-powered solutions.

• Participate in full lifecycle software development – from research to deployment and operational support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience building production systems in Python (not just notebooks).

• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, or HuggingFace Transformers.

• Experience deploying models into secure, scalable environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.

• Background in security is a plus, but not required — interest in the space is key.
