What You’ll Do
Establish and lead a regional procurement team focused on technology categories.
Define sourcing strategies for software, cloud, infrastructure, and IT services.
Partner with senior technology stakeholders to support transformation programs.
Lead negotiations on complex vendor contracts, licensing, and service agreements.
Develop frameworks and governance processes to ensure compliance across markets.
Drive supplier performance management, ensuring value delivery and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to optimise spend and simplify vendor portfolios.

What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in IT procurement and vendor management.
Strong regional or global experience in multinational, highly regulated, or complex environments.
Deep knowledge of APAC’s technology vendor ecosystem and commercial models.
Demonstrated success in building or transforming procurement functions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and senior influencing skills.
Strong track record of negotiating large-scale, multi-million-dollar deals.
