Backend Golang Developer - Leading Web3 Firm

Our client is a leading web3 firm that offers a cutting-edge, user-friendly solution that combines industry-leading security features managing cryptocurrency assets with security and ease. Built with advanced encryption protocols to ensure assets are always protected, giving you peace of mind in a constantly evolving market. They are hiring a lead role for their web3 development projects

Responsibilities:

• Leading a backend team of 2-3 members and overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of Web3 applications using Go.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration.

• Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and guide the team in leveraging the latest technology implementations.

• Manage project timelines effectively to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Write clear, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews.

• Solve technical issues and enhance system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of backend development experience and Go.

• Comprehensive understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).

• Experience or deep understanding of multi-chain wallet integration and management, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.

• Familiarity with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior project experience in DeFi or related blockchain fields.

• Experience in Web2 or Web3 payment, Staking

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading and security.
