Golang Development Lead (Payment) - Leading Web3 Firm

Our client is a leading web3 firm that offers a cutting-edge, user-friendly solution that combines industry-leading security features in today's fast-paced digital economy, managing your cryptocurrency assets with security and ease. They are presently expanding their business and looking for an experienced Backend Lead to lead their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payment project back-end team of 2-3 people, responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Web3 applications based on Node.js and Go.

• Deep understanding and application of blockchain technology, especially in terms of multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration.

• Work closely with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and optimize user experience.

• Explore and evaluate new technologies and provide guidance to the team to ensure we leverage state-of-the-art technology implementations.

• Manage project timelines to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

• Write clear, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews.

• Solve technical problems and improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• At least 5 years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years with Node.js and Go.

• Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).

• Experience or in-depth understanding of multi-chain wallet integration and management, including but not limited to Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.

• Familiar with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.

• Excellent team leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have:

• Have actual project experience in DeFi or related blockchain fields.

• Having relevant experience in the fields of Web2 payment, financial management, Web3 payment, Staking, and Subscription.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading and security.

• Contributed to open-source projects or active in related technical communities.
