Golang Development Lead - Leading Web3 Firm

Our client is a leading web3 firm that offers a cutting-edge, user-friendly solution that combines industry-leading security features in today's fast-paced digital economy, managing your cryptocurrency assets with security and ease. They are presently expanding their business and looking for an experienced Backend Lead to lead their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about 10 people to design and implement an efficient, secure, and scalable blockchain back-end system to meet project needs and business requirements.

• Develop and maintain various decentralized applications (Dapp), such as Swap market, DEX aggregator, etc.

• Use microservice architecture to design and develop back-end systems to improve system maintainability and scalability.

• Work closely with product managers and front-end engineers to understand needs and provide technical support and solutions.

• Conduct code review and performance optimization to improve system efficiency and stability.

• Find and solve technical problems in the field of blockchain and smart contracts and maintain the cutting-edge and innovative nature of technology.

• Provide technical guidance and support the growth and development of team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, software engineering or related fields.

• At least 5 years of back-end development experience, including at least 2 years of blockchain back-end development experience.

• Have an in-depth understanding of blockchain technology and principles and be familiar with the working principles and consensus algorithms of blockchain networks.

• Be familiar with common DEX protocol principles and smart contract codes, such as Uniswap, 1inch, etc.

• Proficient in Golang or Node.js language development and have experience in applying Golang or Node.js in the blockchain field.

• Have experience in microservice architecture design and development and be familiar with related technologies and tools.

• Have a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms and be able to design and optimize high-performance back-end systems.

• Familiar with common blockchain development frameworks and tools, such as Solidity, ethers.js, web3.js, etc.

• Have good problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to quickly solve complex technical challenges.

• Strong team spirit and communication skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to jointly promote project development.

Good to have

• Have Go development experience and be able to use different technology stacks flexibly for collaborative development.

• Have in-depth understanding and experience in MEV (Maximizing Ethereum Value) and blockchain transaction ordering strategies.

• Have professional knowledge and practical experience in blockchain security and privacy protection.
