We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead our organization's strategic initiative for AI tool adoption and enablement. In this critical role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into our daily operations across four distinct global regions and four diverse business units. You will be a key driver in shaping how our employees embrace and leverage AI, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous adaptation.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for AI tool adoption, tailored to the unique needs of different regions and business units.

  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments, identifying potential resistance points and designing mitigation strategies.

  • Define clear objectives, success metrics, and KPIs for AI tool adoption and proficiency across the organization.

 

Engagement & Communication:

  • Design and implement multi-channel communication plans to build awareness, understanding, and enthusiasm for AI tools and their benefits.

  • Work closely with senior leadership and business unit heads to secure sponsorship and champion AI adoption.

  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and interactive sessions to engage employees at all levels.

 

Training & Enablement:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and learning & development teams to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on how to effectively use AI tools.

  • Create user-friendly guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other enablement materials.

  • Establish and manage AI champions' networks within each business unit and region to drive peer-to-peer learning and support.

 

Adaptation & Integration:

  • Guide business units through the process of adapting existing workflows and processes to incorporate AI tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.

  • Provide hands-on support and consultation to teams as they navigate the integration of new AI capabilities.

  • Collect feedback from users to continuously refine AI tool deployment and adoption strategies.

 

Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

  • Track and report on adoption rates, proficiency levels, and the business impact of AI tools.

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose iterative adjustments to the change program.

  • Ensure the sustained adoption and long-term success of AI initiatives.

 

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or IT Adoption roles.

  • Demonstrable experience leading change initiatives related to new technology adoption, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI) or advanced analytics platforms, across large, complex organizations.

  • Proven track record of success in global or multi-regional projects, managing diverse stakeholder groups.

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).

  • Exceptional communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong training and facilitation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • A solid understanding of AI concepts, common AI tools (e.g., Generative AI models, machine learning applications, AI-powered automation platforms), and their practical business applications.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess impact, track progress, and drive data-driven decisions.

  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive, with a passion for driving positive change and innovation.

 

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Prosci or other recognized Change Management certification.

  • ITIL certification.

  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML fundamentals or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Engineer).
