Director, Regional IT Program Manager - Investment Bank - J12526

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program / Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of critical IT systems supporting Global Markets and Wealth Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional IT transformation programs, including system migrations, platform rollouts, and operational process enhancements.

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems.

• Drive vendor evaluation and management, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI processes, and technical/functional assessments.

• Oversee testing, data migration, and cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide governance and regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to the development of post-implementation support models for regional operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years’ experience in IT, program management, or change delivery within capital markets or financial services.

• Proven track record leading complex, cross-border transformation projects involving multiple systems.

• Strong functional knowledge of trade lifecycles, settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.

• Experience with regulatory frameworks in APAC (MAS, SFC, HKMA) is desirable.
