Our client, a leading Analytics Firm, is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with deep expertise in Embedded C/C++ development, computer vision, and AI-driven hardware architectures. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in designing and optimizing high-performance embedded systems that integrate computer vision, deep learning, and radar signal processing. You will play a pivotal role in architecting scalable solutions, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless hardware-software integration.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Oversee the design, development, and optimization of embedded firmware, middleware, and system software for multi-processor ARM-based systems.
Drive the integration of computer vision, deep learning models, and radar signal processing into embedded platforms.
Ensure real-time inter-process communication, memory management, and low-latency execution for high-performance applications.
Lead firmware development efforts, including device control, driver optimization, and real-time data acquisition from sensors, radars, and cameras.
Optimize system performance for power efficiency, reliability, and AI acceleration at the edge.
Develop and enhance Embedded Linux environments, including kernel modifications, device drivers, and system-level optimizations.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in embedded technologies, AI hardware architectures, and hardware acceleration frameworks

Required Qualifications
MS/MEng/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware, middleware, and computer vision applications.
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for real-time, low-latency applications in computer vision and signal processing.
Strong understanding of middleware frameworks, multi-core processing, inter-process communication, and Embedded Linux development.
Hands-on experience with ARM multi-core architectures and real-time embedded systems.
Expertise in firmware development, low-level device drivers, and kernel-space programming for Embedded Linux.
Experience in radar signal processing, sensor fusion, and deep learning frameworks
Proven ability to manage complex hardware-software integration projects in high-performance embedded environments.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
