Our client, the most elite investment bank, is looking for multiple operation analysts at different seniority levels to join their equities and stock loan teams in Singapore to help manage a growing business.
Responsibilities:
Support clients in post-trade execution activities including trade confirmations, reconciliation, settlement etc
Manage complex transaction requests and queries to a high-quality standard.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Good understanding of the trade life cycle
For the senior roles, 3+ years of experience in equities operations is a must. Junior candidates will be considered for the stock loan operation analyst role
Experience with vendor platforms such as CTM, Omgeo, Traiana, and Smartbridge is a plus
Knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel and/or VBA is desirable
Japanese is a great bonus because the role needs to support the Japanese market
Great communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, and take initiative
