What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of work experience (Technology background preferred)

• Driven, resourceful, and proactive with a strong work ethic

• Persistent and hardworking with a relentless attitude

• Comfortable building relationships and reaching out to new clients

• Technical knowledge is a plus, but we offer training

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to be able to speak with Chinese clients

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Degree from an established university

Role Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and sign new clients within the technology space

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Help clients find top IT talent
