IT Business Analyst / Project Manager - Leading Investment Bank - J12491

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Post-Trade IT Business Analyst / Project Manager (BAPM) to drive technology and operational change initiatives across post-trade functions in APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of post-trade technology and operational projects, from business case through implementation and closure

• Partner with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Change teams to ensure effective governance and risk management

• Coordinate multi-country programmes, including engineering, business analysts, testing, and operations teams

• Track project milestones, dependencies, budgets, and execution risk in a matrix environment

• Support regulatory and operational change initiatives impacting post-trade functions

Key Requirements

• Experience in post-trade project delivery within an investment banking or financial services environment

• Understanding of trade lifecycle and back-office processes across equities, derivatives, cash, or securities financing products

• Proven ability to deliver in a matrix management environment without direct resource ownership

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Agile or structured project delivery methodologies
