IT Project Manager - Leading Fintech Firm

This company is a reputable global Fintech Firm that invests heavily in the latest technologies. They are dedicated to developing innovative financial products that will change the outlook of the finance industry. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join them as an IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and technical teams to establish and maintain R&D management processes.

• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of set processes, identifying the delivery efficiency of the R&D team through data analysis to enhance product and R&D efficiency.

• Manage large and complex transnational projects and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate relevant training programs, encompassing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Organize technical cultural operations, which include internal activities and external partnerships to boost the technical cultural atmosphere within the team.

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree, preferably in a computer-related field. Familiarity with software engineering concepts, including agile methodologies, is beneficial.

• Possess fluent Chinese and English communication skills and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit familiarity with IT project management, process establishment, and technical training and publicity.

• Chinese-speaking candidates with relevant experience in finance/payments or IT industries will be prioritised

• Knowledgeable in the use of common office and project management tools, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
