Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective management of all desktop data assets in compliance with the company's policies and procedures throughout their lifecycle, covering Installations, Moves, Additions, and Changes.
Assist the Infrastructure Service Manager in managing the local team in receipt, configuration, installation, moving, break-fixing, and decommissioning of desktop assets, plus inventory and stock management.
Support and assist in the asset disposal process, coordinating with various teams as needed.
Manage projects related to installation, movement, addition, and changes within a building as well as minor space reconfigurations.
Coordinate and provide services for the scheduled relocation of workspace contents and personal items.
Plan, coordinate, and execute all move-related activities.
Administer construction contracts and manage assigned vendors.

Requirements:
A degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Communication, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a networking/engineering position.
A passion for researching new technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent team player with proven leadership skills.
Demonstrable experience of adherence to detailed processes.
A strong understanding of Networks, IP addressing, and Voice Infrastructure.
Ability to accurately identify all types of desktop hardware.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software packages.
Proficiency in written and spoken English since it requires communicating with a global team.
