Our client, a top-tier investment bank, is looking for multiple strong operation analysts to join their asset wealth management, cash equities, and stock loan teams in Singapore to help manage a growing business. There's a chance to convert to perm.
Responsibilities:
Support clients in post-trade execution activities including trade confirmations, reconciliation, and settlement etc
Manage complex transaction requests and queries to a high-quality standard.
Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations
Take initiatives to improve operation workflow efficiency
Automate manual points using VBA/ SQL etc
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Good understanding of the trade life cycle in any asset
Experience with vendor platforms such as CTM, Omgeo, Traiana, and Smartbridge is a plus
Knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel and/or VBA is desirable
Japanese is a great bonus because the role needs to support the Japanese market
Great communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, and take initiative
