We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / PMOÂ to join a leading corporate bank. This role will be responsible for driving strategic projects, ensuring governance and execution excellence, and supporting senior leadership in delivering transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within banking or financial services, with expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive transformation initiatives and process improvements.
Establish and manage governance frameworks to monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and timelines, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and reports to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and senior leadership teams.
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Organize and lead governance forums, steering committee meetings, and project reviews.
Drive change management efforts to support business transformation and digital initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation roles within corporate banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and financial services transformation.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tracking KPIs, risk management, and project financials.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
