Product Manager (Payments and Wealth Management) - Leading Fintech Firm

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the product owner for defining and delivering payment products, including but not limited to, payment channel integration, payment services, and payment operations.

• Working closely with both internal and external teams and stakeholders to manage and steer product projects toward successful completion within set timelines.

• Understand, define, and track product performance metrics while continually enhancing customer experience and product performance.

• Participate in customer delivery activities to verify products and ensure customer success.

• Conducting market and competitor analysis to aid in product planning and definition.

• Organizing and delivering high-quality product instruction documents to both external and internal users.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial product management or a related role within the payments or wealth management domain.

• Hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of product projects, preferably in integrating payment channels and/or building payment services.

• Demonstrated structured thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business scenarios/requirements, and define user stories, and product specifications.

• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive product projects to successful delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders.
