My client, a global High-Frequency Trading firm is looking for a Quantitative Developer, where you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge trading strategies and algorithms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the researchers to implement quantitative models, optimize trading systems, and analyze market data to drive profitable trading decision

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance trading algorithms and strategies

• Work closely with traders and researchers to translate quantitative models into actionable trading strategies

• Stay current with industry trends and developments in high-frequency trading technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field

• Strong programming skills in both Python and C++

• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistics, and mathematical modeling

• Experience in trading strategy implementation or development

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
