Regional Information Security Specialist - Investment Bank - J12711

We’re partnering with a leading Investment Bank to hire a Regional Information Security Specialist to join a high-impact security team covering multiple markets across Asia.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll sit at the intersection of security architecture, cloud, IAM, and data protection, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and strengthen the firm’s regional security posture.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive IAM strategy across the region (access governance, controls, reviews)

• Design and roll out data classification & DLP frameworks to protect sensitive data at scale

• Lead security architecture reviews across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments

• Partner with engineering and business teams to embed security into delivery (not slow it down)

• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps — and actually fix them

• Oversee external security assessments (pentest, vuln scans, architecture reviews)

• Influence regional security standards while aligning with global frameworks

• Act as a trusted security advisor to stakeholders across tech and business

Requirements

• 7+ years in Information Security / Security Architecture

• Strong exposure to IAM + DLP + Cloud Security

• Familiar with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS

• Hands-on with tools such as SIEM, EDR, etc.

• Experience in financial services / regulated environments is a strong plus

• Someone who can communicate, influence, and challenge stakeholders (not just execute)
