A leading global financial institution is expanding its technology infrastructure team in Singapore. They are seeking experienced Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineers (VP-level) to help design, build, and operate the critical platforms, pipelines, and tooling that power large-scale global systems.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in shaping the bank’s developer platforms and infrastructure. This includes CI/CD pipelines, secure software supply chain systems, deployment automation, observability frameworks, and collaboration tooling. The mission is to provide a world-class developer experience while ensuring reliability, performance, and security across the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, enhance, and operate CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, quality, and reliability.
Strengthen the software supply chain with dependency scanning, SBOM generation, and build integrity enforcement.
Build and support developer collaboration tools with enterprise-grade integrations and automation.
Develop and maintain platform services such as artifact management, job scheduling, software distribution, and observability.
Apply SRE principles – monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with global engineering and security teams to drive infrastructure resilience and developer productivity.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Harness, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
Proficient with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
Familiarity with DevSecOps / software supply chain security is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global teams.
