Site Reliability Engineer Role- Leading FinTech Group

Our client, a leading FinTech Group, is building an international operation center in Malaysia to support their global cross-border payment, digital payment, and digital banking expansion. They have over 10  headcounts for junior to senior SRE engineers. It's a unique opportunity to join a fast-expanding top-tier technology company and enjoy abundant learning and growing experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior SREs will build and manage the Malaysian SRE team.

  • Ensure the capabilities of the digital immune system, the availability, and correctness of the global cross-border payments solutions by upgrading the technical risk prevention and control system

  • Collaborate with global teams to complete the daily ops and alarm handling



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, CI/CD pipeline, and DevOps practices.

  • 3+ years of experience in the technology risk domain, focusing on system stability, including but not limited to Understanding the factors and scenarios that generate technology risks, knowing how to manage and prevent these risks, and being able to design general technology risk solutions/ systems/ products, etc. through systematic abstraction.

  • Strong communication in English, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Management experience
