Our client is a leading database solutions firm rapidly expanding across Asia. They're seeking customer-centric individuals to join them as a Technical Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
Acting as a representative for the customer within the company.
Keeping abreast with the latest features and releases of the company's technology.
Working in collaboration with team members to address customer concerns.
Escalating unresolved or complex issues to relevant internal teams.
Prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Providing remote and on-site support to clients.
Offering technical resolution and architecture suggestions to customers.
Documenting technical work and research to assist colleagues, enhance the product, and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:
Possession of a B.S. /Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Willingness to travel on business to other ASEAN countries.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Understanding of the basic concepts of Operating Systems and RDBS.
Experience in working with RDBS (MySql, Oracle, DB2. etc).
Proficiency in basic Linux operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing services or technical solution delivery.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Ali-Cloud, GCP, Azure, etc.
Experience in Distributed Systems or Big Data.
Background in Customer Relationship Management.
Troubleshooting skills are a plus.
