Technical Lead - AI (LLM / Multimodal) - J12545

We are hiring a Technical Lead to own AIMOTION’s end-to-end AI technology strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on AI Video generation/understanding and AI Language (LLM / Multimodal) systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for scaling AI capabilities from research to production and leading a senior technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI technology roadmap across AI Video, LLM, and multimodal systems.

• Lead AI video initiatives, including text-to-video, image-to-video, video understanding, and multimodal generation.

• Lead AI language initiatives, including LLM application, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, and multilingual AI systems.

• Scale AI solutions from POC/MVP to production-grade systems.

• Build, manage, and mentor senior AI engineering and algorithm teams

• Act as the technical decision-maker in product planning and key partnerships.

Requirement：

• 8 - 10 years of engineering experience, including 3–5+ years leading AI teams.

• Deep expertise in AI Video / Computer Vision / Multimodal OR LLM / NLP / Agent systems.

• Proven track record of commercializing AI technologies into real-world products.

• Prefer with experience in AI startups, scale-ups, or high-growth tech companies.
