Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates in the technology sector.

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Provide support to the recruitment team in various administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of technology and a genuine interest in the industry.

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin to engage with clients who only speak Mandarin.

• Previous experience as a Researcher or Recruiter in the technology sector.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Knowledge of different technology domains and trends.

• Additional language skills.

• Certification in recruitment or related field.

• Experience with candidate sourcing techniques.
